| Unemployment
Services Trust
is governed by Trustees elected by Trust participants
to serve staggered three-year terms. The Trustees, who
are CEOs or CFOs of member agencies, oversee the efficient
operation of the Trust. Each Trustee has extensive experience
in investment and major asset management, as well as responsibility
for directing organizations of significant stature. The
current board of Trustees includes Phillip Bond, CPA, Donna Gilbert, Ian
Hunter, Ph.D., Betsy Jansen, Steve Lepinski, MHA, William
G. Scott, Larry Walton and Mike Willett. |

| Executive
Director
Holly Smith Jones is responsible for the effective
management of the Trust. Jones has worked with the
Trust since 1985. She manages relationships between
the Trust and its service providers to ensure that
they are meeting both contractual obligations and
Trustee requirements. |
